Pricing

One price. Every feature.

No modules to buy, no per-user fees, and nothing held back on a lower plan. Plans differ only by how many households you serve — so a pantry that grows pays a little more, and a pantry that has been around a long time doesn't pay for its own history.

What counts: An active household is one you have served at least once in the trailing 90 days. One visit = one household served on one distribution day, regardless of visit type or distribution method.

You always see your own live count. Crossing a boundary takes four months running before anything changes, never mid-cycle and never backdated — and nothing is ever locked for billing reasons. Registering a family, recording a visit, and self-service door access keep working regardless.

Try it with your own pantry's data

Thirty days is long enough to get through a real registration cycle, a real distribution, and a real reporting week — which is the only way to tell whether Pantry Commons works for you.
